Return to Self — Myofascial Release
Fascial release and sculpting for the thighs, glutes and full fascial chain.
This is not a beauty treatment.
It is a body intelligence treatment.
The treatment
Beneath the surface of the skin lies a web of connective tissue that, over time, can thicken, bind, and hold. In the thighs and glutes this shows up as changed texture, heaviness, and a tissue that feels dense and unresponsive.
But the fascia doesn't begin at the thigh. Restriction through the ribs, diaphragm and pelvis directly affects how the lower body tissue can release and drain.
The Deep Return works the whole fascial chain — opening from above before working into the tissue below.
The approach
Using sustained compression, skin rolling, and lymphatic drainage, this treatment softens the superficial fascia, restores fluid movement, and supports the tissue to reorganise over time.
Fascial tissue that has thickened over years doesn't release in a single session. The Deep Return is designed as a course of three — each treatment building on the last as the tissue softens, hydrates, and responds.
Sessions are spaced 2–3 weeks apart.
The fascial chain
Opens the whole system. Diaphragm restriction affects fluid movement through the entire body — this is where we begin.
Releases the fascial pull from above the thighs. Hip flexor and pelvic floor tension directly impacts drainage through the lower body.
Now working into tissue that has already been prepared — sustained compression and skin rolling to address the superficial fascial septae.
Light, directional drainage to encourage fluid movement once the tissue has opened. The final step in restoring circulation and tissue quality.
